Cancellations can only be made prior to your dispatch notice.
You can return your items for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned complete, unused, in their original packaging and in a fully re-sellable condition. Please re-pack the items with care, ensuring that you package your return in a way that will prevent any damage in transit.
Items must be returned by a secured carriage provider – ‘signed for’ at the point of delivery and insured to the full value during transit.
The returned item will be fully inspected upon receipt by Rabley Gallery, at which point we will notify you of your pending refund or replacement
Rabley Gallery reserve the right to refuse a refund if any of the above conditions have been breached, most notably if the products are deemed to be;
If any of these conditions are deemed to have been breached, the goods will be returned to you
Please ensure that you check all items upon receipt, as damaged items must be notified to our team within 48 hours of receipt.
Documentary evidence of the packing and product will be required along with a brief description of the damage
Our team will assess your complaint, and either provide you with a full refund, arrange for a repair or provide you with a replacement.
Please note, that Rabley Gallery cannot be held responsible for damage that was caused through normal wear and tear,
If you have received an incorrect item please contact the Rabley Gallery on firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will arrange a free collection of the said item, and will endeavour to find a replacement as soon as possible.
Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order within 3 working days of receiving the product. If this isn’t possible we will contact you by phone or email
